Can't Create Apex Zune Application in VS 2010

I am having some problems creating Zune Application in visual studio 2010, when ever I try to create Apex Zune application I get following error
"Unable to copy the file 'WindowStateToVisibilityConvertor.cs' from the project template to project. Cannot find file "...\WindowStateToVisibilityConvertor.cs".
How can I solve this problem?

Looking into this now guys - just to help out, can you tell me:

What version of Windows you're using
Whether its 32bit or 64bit
What language your OS is on (this looks like it could be a locale issue...)

By accident I duplicated this issue. Same here on a Windows 7 64-bit machine

OS: Windows 7 x64,
Lang: English,
IDE: Visual Studio 10 Premium, x86

The project itself is created (see a new screen-print) but the Resources/Converters folder is empty. Other folders at the first glance are populated with files.

Following up the solution file is only created. No project file has been created so the solution opens but with no projects inside...

Can you try running the command:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe /InstallVSTemplates

And let me know if that resolves the issue?
